Healthy and fit is where to start from!

Good Sunday to everyone, hope you enjoyed your week, meanwhile, I’ve been thinking of different ways to improve the blog and start new projects, will be working on it!!!

Now, back to our topic.

Do you wake up in the morning feeling very heavy?

Do you go up the stairs dragging yourself every step?

My friend, no normal woman in the head would find attractive a gigantic worm that giggles at very movement.

Gym is boring, we know, but some like it, if you think is boring there are 100 different options:

• Dance classes (there are other subtypes of dance types so up to you what you want to try)

• Yoga (there again, several types, you can choose the one that seem to suit mostly your needs, or simply try!)

• Running, very straightforward and the best way to loose weight, check on YouTube a few tips and tricks so that you know you are “running correctly”

• Swimming, I love to swim, and it healthy for your whole body! Again, check out what are the most common mistakes done when someone goes to swim, just type that on YouTube and you are done

• Tennis or squash, just grab someone and go and have fun together! A bit of a challenge will make you go that extra mile and voila! Tons of sweet and calories that are gone!

• Biking, grab a bicycle, hopefully you can use it back and forth from work and commuting will be time well invested!

What I mentioned above are just some of the options you can choose, I do kick boxing and dance classes, they are killers trust me.
